Personal One On One Training is a fitness program I have developed with the concept of providing balance and variety to your workouts.

Personal One On One Training is what many people are calling “The Ultimate Means To Your Fitness Goals’’. This program is for everyone!

I will measure your progress, keep track of your commitment, and supervise your exercise routines until you reach your goal. The routines can include but are not limited to cardio and/or cross fit and/or TRX in addition to many other ones. You will never do the same workout twice.

If you are one of the fortunate ones who have their own gym at home, I can come to your home and teach you the best way to utilize your own equipment or I can bring mine.

Individual One Hour Workouts (Up to 25 miles from 33160)

  • 1- Session:       $ 120
  • 8- Sessions:      $ 640* ($80 per session)

*Prices Based on minimum frequency of two sessions per week.
*Bring a workout partner and save 20% (Available only on ONE hour workouts)

Individual Half Hour Workouts:

  • 1- Session:       $ 80
  • 8- Sessions:      $ 480* ($60.00 per session)
